CareLink is the secure online portal Abby Services clients use to manage the details of their in-home care. Through CareLink, you and your family can view caregiver schedules, authorize and track payments, approve invoices, and keep care documentation organized in one place. It works on any computer, tablet, or smartphone, and it keeps your personal and financial information protected.

How Do New Clients Get Started?

Getting started is simple. Once you decide to work with Abby Services, we send an email to you or your designated representative with step by step instructions for setting up your CareLink access.

No technical experience is required, and our team is happy to walk you through it.

If you prefer, you can print, complete, and return the agreement instead. We recommend completing it online because it involves payment details, and the online process is more secure.

Safe, Secure Online Payments

CareLink gives you a secure way to authorize and manage payments to your caregiver.

You stay in control. You can review payments before they are processed, and access to sensitive financial information is limited to you or your designated representative. Payment records stay clear, organized, and easy to reference.

Families who prefer not to create an online account can complete a payment authorization form instead.

What Else Does CareLink Do?

In addition to payment processing, CareLink lets you and your family:

• View and manage upcoming care schedules
• Review and approve invoices

• Manage documentation related to care services

Long-Term Care Insurance Support

CareLink can also help with long-term care insurance claims. When this feature is enabled, required claim information is transmitted automatically when invoices are generated, which helps reduce delays and improve accuracy during reimbursement.

To use this feature, complete the Long-Term Care Insurance authorization form.
