For nearly three decades, Abby Services has been a Southwest Florida name families trust, one of the area's longest-serving caregiver services, founded by our owner's father, who later became a client of the very service he built. Our owner has been a caregiver, a registered nurse, and now leads Abby Services. We know this work from every side of it, and we know the area because we live here.

We're based in Fort Myers and refer caregivers throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties. As a nurse registry, we connect you with screened, experienced caregivers, and you direct their care, so you stay in control of who comes into your home, and when. We're a proud Florida-licensed nurse registry (AHCA #NR30211206) — not an agency, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The registry model exists to keep families safe and in control in their own home: you have a say in who your caregiver is, direct the care, and get the support you need on the terms you want. Caregivers are independently employed, which typically means paying less than agency rates — no agency overhead. We handle the screening, matching, and support.
