For nearly three decades, Abby Services has been a Southwest Florida name families trust — one of the area's longest-serving caregiver services, founded by our owner's father, who later became a client of the very service he built. Our owner has been a caregiver, a registered nurse, and now leads Abby Services. We know this work from every side of it — and we know the area because we live here.

We're a proud Florida-licensed nurse registry (AHCA #30210959) — not an agency, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The registry model exists to keep families safe and in control in their own home: you choose your caregiver, direct the care, and get the support you need on the terms you want. Caregivers are independently employed, which typically means paying less than agency rates — no agency overhead. We handle the screening, matching, and support.
