At Abby Services we do not use an answering service. If you have ever had to deal with an answering service you will definitely see that as a good thing. The best time to call is when we are in the office and have all of our resources available. We are in the office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
As we all know, stuff happens. That’s why we are on call 24/7 for emergencies. When you call outside of office hours we let most calls go to voicemail (you wouldn’t believe how many Telemarketers call us). Please leave a detailed message letting us know how we may help you. Typically if it is a matter that is not urgent we will follow up when we are in the office. If it is a matter requiring immediate attention we will follow up promptly.
