Senior Care Coordination & Advocacy

Senior Care Coordination

Senior care coordination and advocacy.

Not every senior care client requires senior care coordination and advocacy. For those who do it can be an invaluable service.

When is senior care coordination and advocacy necessary?

Oftentimes, with just a little help from a Caregiver through Abby Services, a senior can maintain their independence in their home. However, that may not always be the case. Due to the complicated nature of some senior’s diagnoses, or simply because of challenging family dynamics, independently managing one’s health and wellbeing can be a challenge.

When navigating challenging familial situations, managing multiple physicians & ailments, and sometimes in determining what the “next step” is. Abby Services often refers to professional care coordinators.

Our nurse Scott Strachan RN is available to help provide input and guidance to families managing an elder’s care. When a situation becomes complex though a senior care coordinator is required.

One excellent choice for care management is Catherine Csaky, M.S., C.D.P.
