So after your initial phone call, what’s next?
Abby Services helps local residents find the best caregivers at the best price. What is next is really up to you and your family. All care and assistance is provided by private caregivers who meet the strict requirements enforced by The Agency for Healthcare Administration or AHCA.
CALL– To start care you simply need to call Abby Services. You have the option to schedule an appointment with our nurse who can review your current situation and provide input and suggestions for your home care plan or you can provide necessary information over the phone to make arrangements for care.
SCHEDULE– Once Abby Services has gathered necessary information you simply consider what kind of care you want, when you want it, and how frequently you would like to receive that care. Simply let our offices know what your requests are and we can work to find you the best caregiver available. This keeps you independent with the assistance you need and in control of the care you receive.
RELAX– We could really stop there. Once you have established the schedule that works for you we work to find a qualified caregiver who is available to assist. We have taken the guesswork out of safety by conducting Level 2 Background Screenings on all caregivers entering your home. All referred caregivers are also required to carry Professional Malpractice. In addition to these protections Abby Service maintains Professional Liability insurance and a $10,000 Surety Bond to protect against theft.
CALL– I know, we listed call twice. (That was on purpose) We really want to hear from you. Tell us the good and bad. We want you to be pleased with the caregivers you receive and will work hard to make that happen. Please check in and let us know how you are. Tell us if everything is working out for you. Do you need additional assistance? Just call and we can make that happen. Do you need to cancel days or reduce hours? That’s fine too, just call. Our goal is for you to receive the caregivers you need on your terms. Even if you need to cancel or suspend services, just call. We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
